Getting motion blur right in camera takes time you often do not have at a wedding or busy shoot. Drift Effects, made with photographer India Earl, let you add it afterwards, so you shoot normally and decide later which frames should feel like they are moving.
18 effects, installed with the included LLFX plugin
6 Full Frame Drift – a sweeping blur across the whole image, like a camera pan
6 Radial Drift – subject stays sharp while the surroundings blur outward
6 Corner Drift – gentle corner blur for depth with a clear subject
How to install
Lightroom Classic: in the Develop module, click + in the Presets panel and choose Import Presets.
Lightroom: open Edit → Presets, use the … menu and choose Import Presets.
Every photo is different, so fine-tune exposure and white balance after applying a preset.
